Holistic Counselling 

Hippocrates once wrote, "The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well."

Holistic counselling is a unique form of counselling that considers the whole person – Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotion. Using the principals of Positive psychology, Mind-body medicine and Meditation therapy I focus on finding balance and looking towards a positive future. I consider physiological and psychological dis-ease to be part of a greater whole.

Holistic counselling is aimed at empowering you with the confidence and clarity to access your own inner wisdom and healing capacity by providing support, guidance and resources like positive life skills, meditation, stress management skills and self acceptance ultimately providing the scope to solve problems, overcome issues and achieve life and health goals for yourself through a range of activities and exercises. I offer non-judgmental respect and guidance to help you clarify the areas of your life that are in need of attention as we work together to develop a realistic plan of action to work towards the life you desire.

Single consultation      1 hour session 

Treatment packages  -  6  x 1 hr sessons (either weekly or fortnightly)

Meditation Courses

Introduction to Meditation 

for Stress management and Self care

​

Learn a variety of meditations styles in a peaceful and accepting environment. 

Basic Meditation class is suitable for beginners, and people wanting to return to meditation. Students are taught several styles of meditation,  to enable the opportunity of finding the style that best suits them.

​

Course duration is 6 x 1.5 hr weekly classes

Course includes: Instruction, weekly lesson handouts, use of yoga mats and blankets

NB: You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, cushions and blankets if preferred for your additional comfort.

Meditation Classes

Join our weekly class for 45mins of Relaxation, Mindfulness and Guided Meditation in a peaceful environment. 

   Meditation offers a release of stress, boost to self esteem, encourages self healing and natural pain management. The class incorporates a combination of chair yoga, breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques. 
 

Yoga mats and blankets supplied

Personal Meditation
Session 

Private lessons and guided meditations for singles or small groups (friends or family members).  If you would like to learn to meditate but are not ready to join a group, have lots of questions or would simply feel more comfortable leaning in private.
